The PPS today closed off 25 percent to FIVE cents.  I suspect that the more this issue has what appears to be odd spikes in value on low numbers of trades in what looks like prices above bid/ask ranges, the more resistance there will be from both retail investors AND potential partners. 

Who will come in with financings to keep the lights on under these conditions (forget about money for drilling)?
