He recently filed a Form 4 reflecting his acquisition of shares. So odd that he would now be dumping. He held about 10% of the outstanding as of the fall of '22 (~1.5m shares). Unless he plans on violating the law, he would need to file another Form 4 shortly reflecting this change in share ownership. So who knows if this rumor is true. Whoever it/they are, seems to be an awfully lot of shares on sale. As I speculated before, could also be shares being dumped by a lender.
