Actually I somewhat misspoke- in that if I remember correctly it was Anglo American  that joined NAK in a joint venture with approximately the funding mentioned. But you get the idea. This was after the Pebble Deposit was drilled and proven out. So- it does show that if the proven value is there- funding and JVs are possible. But first- the work has to be done. Which hasn't been the case thus far. The closest we have come is the ZTEM at Hay Mountain. As for RRC and RR- not so much.
