I would tend to agree with your assumption about shareholders being jettisoned off; but for one circumstance... valupro has stated numerous times that he no longer holds his considerable shares. So BG or newuser should be ecstatic at that news and get us a deal done in no time! 
Alas, that hasn't happened yet!
