it wasn't a seller; i always check quote at 4:20, since after hour bb/otc trades are usually 15 minutes behind real time... always action "under the table and cheaper" after hours.  again, not a seller.  happens every few days with our financing deals.  eventually when bg gets rich, i get rich.  method to the madness is crystal clear, but wish execution wasn't so prolonged. interest rate jumps don't help, but indirectly do help (flight to metals) in the long term when financing drilling on a "prospect".  Happy that instead of losing property and claims and billions of shares, we've actually have reached a place that we've added a proven cash 'neutral to positive' property next door to the big prize, and our dilution is absolutely minimal compared to prior captain, "as awesome as he was".  company would have been diluted to bankruptcy many, many years ago at our burn rate, at that time.  had 4 claims, then to 1, now 2 with gold stuff... better than the alternative.  but let's not forget, jb had 10 million of drilling funds for our disposal... only if he was in charge again, not when it actually mattered; twas never going to happen.  this is our boat, go team.         j
