Recently asked Tracy if there were still any "active" interested parties. Her reply was- yes- there are interested parties. So- for what it's worth- per Tracy- there are interested parties-which I guess is better than the alternative- there not being any. Whether there is any real active interest and/or negotiations for a JV/deal, of course, is unknown.
