"Interested parties" is, well, an interesting phrase. Some of it is a function of what type of deal LBSR is willing to make. Maybe there are numerous interested parties willing to sign on if LBSR accepted some low ball arrangement. Maybe there are still "multiple" interested parties who might work with a more mutually beneficial arrangement, but who feel no need to hurry with LBSR waiting on archaelogical surveys, etc.. One exception I can think of is if there are two or more truly interested parties and they take into consideration that they have competition that might beat them to the punch. In a response to me a few weeks ago, Tracy indicated to me that we'd get some communication in May when Patricia and the auditors get done with the 10K.
