Yes, I believe that is correct, at least for some initial processing from Hay Mountain (excluding REE).  That would have been for whatever excess capacity Excellsoir may have had for gold-copper then.  They - Excellsior - seem to have shifted away from a gold focus from that time, so I don't know what that would mean for RRC.
