BG and Peter O convert debt to shares.

Is this good, bad, or neutral in the long run? I don't know but at least a few buyers liked the news this morning. ...tiny trades and then one for 20k shares. Half-hour left in the day. 5 trades totaling 27,500 shares last at 34 cents.
