Well said KIPP.  Clearly no focus has been shed on the Hay Mountain, where all of the needed preliminary GEO WORK is already accompoli.  As you said "WHY NOT DRILLING Hay Mountain.  Could it be to muddy the waters to set up Hay Mountain for another entidy/ party to usurp the Hay Mt. for their endevors, not ours?
