Analysts often interpret such as meaning a market is searching for direction, wanting to break out one way or another.  

While some may point out that LBSR shares are persistently seeking new lows, others may be encouraged that a significant upturn is near.  

Either way, I do not see this issue as flatlining.  When has it ever done that?
