I see three options:
1) Do nothing and wait - perhaps buy more as it gets ever cheaper;
2) As an extension of no.1, hold on hoping that the lawsuits get settled in some way, perhaps then making the company more attractive to potential partners;
3) Or sell and wait for a talented group of explorationists/developers to take over Hay Mountain.
What else? Stop posting frustrations with the current BOD because some don't want to see it? Would that improve the chances of gaining a partner or partners?
Yeah, so as you suggest, complaining is about all we can do.
