The bigger news today is in the jobs report, which smashed everyone's best expectations.  It caused metals and mining stocks to take a hit (particularly regarding precious metals, which are down BIG TIME).  If LBSRs upgrading to OTC was to be helpful to the share price, it is not today, at least not so far.

In my experience, such news is usually not immediately impactful on a company's share price anyway.  What is helpful is when such news is combined with a meaningful progress report.  Have we had one?  Will we have one?
