Willy, tyvm for pointing that out and correcting me.  I appreciate it.  That's what I thought happened each time, but then I read resident guru's rant, and that made me speak up.  I almost participated in the pp, and even talked to family members about it, but since JB had depressed the stock so much, we decided just to buy a buttload of common without a time restriction.  If they hadn't been extended then I would have been right under JB's reign, but I'm happy that they are still viable for you and others.  I'm wondering what guru was referring to about "When I participated in one of the LBSR financings".   

Were there other financings available to us plebes over the past 6 years, that I'm not aware of without directly connecting with the company?  A very curious statement for a so-called long investor.  ty again willy.  go team.  j.
