Take into account that these numbers are "parts per million," not grams per ton/tonne. Note also that typically, in exploration, future sampling/drilling results means lower grades in the future. This is unlike exploring for diamonds, wherein encouraging results often means better suggestions for success as work continues. It is the opposite for metals.
