We should be safe then because if LBSR were on such a list, BG would be required to disclose that to shareholders. 

Having said that, he was required to disclose the lawsuits too, but he didn't until weeks after first being prodded by posters here.  And SEC requires annual shareholder meetings and elections too.  Why have these not happened?
