Any financial health observer will tell you this is a GI problem - Gross ignorance. 

In the best market for mining in decades, where does the responsibility lay for being unable to get a drill in the ground at Hay Mountain?  How many years ago was it that SRK concluded that the only thing needed was drilling?  They are the authority.  If what SRK has to say can't be sold in this market, I would offer that the seller is at fault.  

Consistently making references to the alleged problems of interested parties is an excuse for non-performance that is dying with age, as is reflected in the falling share price.  

Wait, maybe there will be another Twitter storm; maybe Codelco will move their headquarters to Tombstone.
