To my reading, this confirms his misplaced dedication to doing business with an "international miner" instead of just getting started with someone smaller (which would add value now instead of at some nebulous point in the future - assuming Cheleanos can be trusted in the first place). 

Deals are being done all around Tombstone.  With only a prospect several months ago, Aztec just started a Phase II drilling program costing 20 million.  Similar other happenings are going on in Cochise County and other parts of Arizona.  

The market for mining deals hasn't been this hot for a decade or more.  What's the issue here, Brett/NU?
