One should ask him how he came to own each of those shares and how JB's 10-years of deferred salary* is no longer available to him, the person who truly earned it.

* That would be $1,250,000.00 if I recall correctly, and I think it part of the lawsuits. To my understanding, JB's only other interest in the company was founder's shares, now probably diluted into nearly nothing. Also. good luck getting anything out of BG/NU. He is not available to shareholders. Try to call him. Try to find his email address. Why is he seeming to be such a coward about interacting with shareholders, preferring one-way communications?
