And the Fed just signaled that they do not intend to raise interest rates anytime soon.  I think that they have no choice but to let inflation take root.  More correctly, it should be called stagflation as what probably lies ahead for us is higher prices for things generally but along with a stable or falling consumer purchasing power. 

Yes, for investors, this means higher prices for raw materials of all kinds, along with associated stock prices.
