Fake news. How in the world do you expct anyone to believe companies with .12 and .31 stocks could get a deal without a RS of 500:1 or greater? (The sound you hear is my eyeballs rolling). Low share prices sure didnt prevent those companies from getting a deal. Hmmm... maybe its not the share price, or the number of shares, maybe its something else?
