If this is true let’s force them to undue this. Reverse the reverse I guess you’d say. This is the kiss of death and he literally took the this company away from everyone and turned it over to his bod buddies and himself. To do this to this level of 1/500 is complete lunacy. This pps will dwindle all the way back down to .001 with now owning only 1/500th of the shares we had.  You’d have to be an idiot to do this with or without news. Too drastic and should have had news first before and RS. I just don’t see how you can legally do what he’s done.  He did not act in a way best for the shareholders. He just did all of this on his own.
