Agree.  And in response to private inquiries, my enthusiasm over higher metals prices does translate to enthusiasm over mining stocks in general, just not this one.  

I have faith in what is under Hay Mountain, but not in the man who claims he can get it drilled.  I watch this matter closely because I am prepared to jump back in with both feet should there ever be evidence that a drill will soon be on-site there.
