No, I agree that JB having his day in court probably won't "solve" anything. From what I remember, he gets to tell his side on 1/21. But it'd be nice to have any court proceedings encourage all parties to reach some agreements as I believe the one judge suggested. Maybe one of us could call JB and ask him? If no one else wants to, I could do it. I lost his number a while ago though.
