I appreciate your letter Jim! It's always nice to hear "firsthand information" most everything you said should be easily verifiable. 
I would hope that the shareholders would be able to have a "voice" in the direction of our company! As is with BG nothing seems further from the truth than that statement! 

I'm guessing the lawsuits are proceeding through the courts? Hopefully they will give relief to you and us in a new way forward! It seems to me that the shareholders should have some kind of say in the dealings within our company as long as BG has not severed those ties for us!?
