Good point on EOY. They got the expense of the report completed before EOY so if structuring the deal goes into next year it may not be a rush for tax reasons. But I would think there’s still others such as losing the site to another company or the high prices of copper, gold etc at this time and possibly concern over new administration’s pos regulations changes would all be reasons to get started. At least I’m hoping they are. Lol. Enough dragging this out.  Let’s go. Lol
