Well okay. Let's take it at face value- that the new MEPs are a good thing- even though it means to use them we will still have to go through a long permitting process if we are going to put through heavy duty roads (and also that it is an acknowledgement that they were needed because of inadequate prior access). So now, most importantly, we have well documented targets at HM, we have potential access, we have an environment where deals are being made left, right, and even right behind us. We have the advantage of being in the -relatively- stable US and in a mild workable weather climate. We have the additional geological analysis that was claimed to be needed for a deal. Permitting for HM has been completed. It's all been done. So why no deal? Are there still impediments?- These have been listed before- including pending law suits, Brett Gross's negotiating and selling skills- or lack thereof- just to name a few.

But it would be useful to hear from Brett Gross himself. What is standing in our way? Could it be his strategy to intentionally decline small, appropriate offers that might get things started- in favor of waiting for the "Big One"? Is he not doing enough to spread awareness of what we have? I'm sure he would not say that. So what is it? What is his assessment? I, and I'm sure others would be sincerely interested to hear. Just don't tell us it's because of "travel restrictions". If that's the alledged problem- then you're waiting on the wrong investors. Others are managing to make deals every day.

What accounts for this failure? We don't need any more time filling "activities"- such as extra exploring of additional sites, acquiring more MEPs, or doing more pointless and redundant geological analysis. Saying these things need to be done before a deal can be made are just excuses for inaction. Brett Gross, himself, has not added any exploratory or geological value to the proceedings. His only touted advantage was his supposed business acumen. So to fulfill that promise of being "Mr. Big"- the one and only thing he must achieve is to conclude a deal for the funding of drilling. That's it. Nothing else really matters.

So Brett- why don't we have a deal?
