To my understanding, the right to use private land for another party's commercial purposes - think haul trucks - usually involves a toll of some sort. That is usually expressed in the form of a royalty agreement. In public companies, royalty agreements must be disclosed.
Does anyone recall seeing anything about LBSR concluding a royalty agreement of any sort?
