Tracy, as multiple previous versions of my question remain unanswered, let me ask once more, and once again in a different way.  Repeating from my last posing on this, "BG tells us that we have 3 access routes to our potential drilling site." *

In my understanding, there can be different forms of legal access across the land rights of other entities.  With that in mind, and under present authority, and exclusive and engineering and construction requirements, could we at present begin to send heavy equipment like haul trucks to our proposed mining site at Hay Mountain?
