What do you mean?  I can understand a board chairman or the president of a company being non-genial, but such a personality characteristic - geniality - is absolutely essential for any CEO, the one company officer most responsible for representing an enterprise to the whole rest of the business world. 

A CEO who is biggety is no asset.
