As my last question on the issue went unanswered, let me put it another way.

BG tells us that we have 3 access routes to our potential drilling site.  I would like to know, please, if those rights include road building and other improvements as may be required for heavy construction equipment and, eventually, haul trucks?

I ask as I understand that there can be a difference between legal rights for ordinary minimal uses (like hunting or prospecting) as compared to the heavy uses and improvements as would be required for mining.  In other words, do we have legal access rights for mining purposes, or does that yet remain to be negotiated with private property owners?
