BTW, Willy, I wondered how Tarku could have expected to deal with multiple interests and close a deal in two weeks, as they anticipated.  The answer is in the fact that someone else already did that.  Tarku only needed assent from parties then assembled by and under agreements with Mansfield-Martin.
