You are answering my question to Tracy or Brett by repeating BGs words?

If so, are there not different kinds of access?  Is there not a difference between occasionally driving across private property in a car or pick-up and using the same route commercially, like for a haul road? 

This is my concern.  BGs words remain unclear in this regard, hence my repeated questions regarding access.  Again, BG says from that PR"...places us in a much more secure and well defined position for the future".  That is far from saying, "We have no issues regarding access across private property for drilling and mining operations".

Alternatively, I would find it acceptable if BG would say, "We anticipate no objections to our using these access routes for commercial purposes."  However, I very serious doubt that we will ever hear that from him.
