Tracy, where Brett says, "...with no interruptions to project access, securing multiple alternative routes places us in an even more secure and well defined position for the future,” comes across, to me, as meaning something other than what may be intended.

I say that because once again, Brett does not say, "We now have full surficial access to commence drilling at Hay Mountain when funds permit."  I would much appreciate it if you or he could just say that or explain why that is not appropriate for the circumstances.
