Per Liberty Stary's post on acquiring the Robber's Roost claims, this is an area they have been interested in for years, including when JB was at the helm. Don't think it is 'unfriendly' to acquire interesting/promissing land position. You can only be part of an overall deal if you have a seat at the table (i.e., claims in possession).
