Well, Tarku CEO Julien Davy is connected with Mr. Karr McCurdy, former Chief Executive Officer of Behre Dolbear. Mr. McCurdy is connected with a number of folks in the Liberty Star universe, including both Jim and Brett and appears to be based in Denver. 

Folks may recall that Liberty Star director Bernard (Barney) Guarnera is also connected with Behre Dolbear, per the LBSR website: 'During the period of 1991 through 2011 he was the president and CEO of the Behre Dolbear Group, taking the company from a single office in New York City to a highly respected international mineral industry advisory firm with offices in North and South America, Europe, Australia, and Asia. He remains affiliated with Behre Dolbear as a Director.'  

Mr. McCurdy is currently with Rock Elm Capital. His bio reads as follows: 'Karr McCurdy has over 35 years of geologic and project development experience combined with a background in executive management, finance, and technical advisory.  Karr was CEO of minerals industry advisor Behre Dolbear and served as global head of mining and metals for Standard Chartered Bank and Citigroup. He has completed over 200 transactions valued over $100 billion and has personally visited hundreds of mines and downstream operations. As a geologist, he discovered and developed the Pueblo Viejo gold mine in the Dominican Republic. Karr earned an MBA from Thunderbird and a BSc (geology) from the University of Michigan.'

I sure hope these folks are involved in a transaction that results in LBSR getting some drills in the ground!
