That's a supposition.  Would not the terms be subject to negotiation with the various parties?  We are not even sure yet if LBSRs Robber's Roost claims are part of this.  Apparently Asarco drilled three holes in the area, but were they all on what LBSR holds as claims now?  We don't know yet.
