Honestly, I would not have made any points or raised any questions except HKipp felt the need to call me out as some 'incorrect' cheerleader for BG. Not sure what I've done to deserve that, especially from someone I've actually met in person and (perhaps mistakenly) thought was a stand-up individual. If you look at my post history, I think I've been fairly balanced and most concerned with simply getting a deal done. I just object to the deification of JB and the inability to perceive ANY flaws to his running of the company for years. You refer a lot to the board as a defense but JB was clearly the prime mover for many years with little control/direction from the board. 

But I guess if I don't root against current management to your and HK's satisfaction, then I become an enemy? Feels like the politics that poisons our country. 'You're either with us or against us.' 

I've proposed some solutions to bring both sides together, including making JB whole with his back-pay. But if you just want to argue, I'll post even less than I already do. Have fun.
