Yes- far-fetched- and very versatile as well. The big mining companies can use it as an excuse to bide their time and watch as we sink ourselves while BG can use it as an excuse as to why he has failed to conclude a deal with them. 

I agree that of the many real impediments that exist- this isn't likely one of them. There are deals being concluded every day, amazingly unhindered by "travel restrictions".

All in all- just one more reason why the big companies should be forgotten and an all out press started on the small local companies- more junior and more exploratory rather than giant, inter/transnational, and mining.

I hope BG is not just sitting back and watching and waiting while the potential "investment partners" peruse the data. 

This is not the time to be sitting back and watching the river flow by from the front porch at sunset.

Get the hell out there and sell it!
