I would like to respectfully request that, as IR, you approach Brett Gross and ask him to participate in a live information session for the shareholders. I might suggest the following format- That you request that George T. conduct a video interview with him- with his own questions- along with  a portion devoted to questions submitted by shareholders. George could screen questions for appropriateness and fairness and moderate this portion as well. It is important that this not be done as a written exercise, as has been done before. We would all like to see and get to know Mr. Gross better. It might even be to his advantage.
