I believe another factor giving urgency to getting a deal done is that it is becoming increasingly likely that Joe Biden will be our next President. I'm not saying this as a partisan statement and I hope saying this does not elicit a slew of political commentary. It's just that as a matter of timing- this is our moment- and I hope this current BOD and management doesn't blow it.
