BG is using his part-time efforts on behalf of the company - can that be the right term? -  to add what I would describe as embarrassingly misplaced puffery to his background on the company Web site.  I've never seen such lamentable goings-on at any other legitimate mining company Web site.  How sad, how revealing, how exclusionary!

Would that he placed as much effort in seeking a partnership for us in place of seemingly awaiting "international miners" to come beating on his door to present offers.  Junior miners partner with junior miners to build projects that are attractive majors.  Majors do not speculate on unproven targets, especially blind ones

IMO, BG is the problem, not Hay Mountain, not anything JB may have done.

What to do?  Vote yes if/when an angel investor presents an offer directly to shareholders.  I will.  Nothing can be worse than what we have, IMO, at least until there is evidence to the contrary.
