Yep! You're right. I still wonder if there will be a huge migration/exodus from some heavy COVID/Violence prone areas to the South and Midwest smaller towns and rural areas enough to cause a building boom. I've noticed our little town of a little over 1,000 is suddenly throwing up apartments and new small businesses like mad all of a sudden. What are we going to do with 300 new apartments? We're 100 miles from DC and same from Newport News Shipyard. Someone is going to be putting some copper in somewhere. BTW, I need 100' of outdoor underground wire to get electricity to my office/shed. Have you seen the price of copper building wire? I'm going to have to take out a loan for Lowe's. I did get a great deal last night on a 3 drawer toolbox and some drill bits though. Ha! Always appreciate your insight.
