But can we distinguish the sociopaths from everyday people?  That's hard for anyone to know until they suffer the consequences. 

I will ask you for the umpteenth time to please post what qualifications BG has for running an exploration-phase mining company when he has no available record for having running anything successfully.  No matter how much you point to your version of JBs failures, that does not excuse a lack of substantive progress within LBSR these last 19 months.  Why, instead, can't you point to any BG successes to encourage shareholders?  Perhaps because there are none, and none at to be forthcoming?
