Maybe Brett/BOD could see that JB's plan was to dillute and run the co into the ground and "maybe" use an outside entity (maybe his new found financiers or JABA, some other structure etc..) to pick up all the pieces of our value out of BK. Dillute it, BK it, buy the scraps for pennies...."

Ironic how it is most likely just the opposite that is true. In every sense.
