By the way, as the company is a collection of shareholders - not just board members - I am in no way and have never been "working against the company". What I see is a board working far less for the benefit of shareholders at large than for their own self-interest, most particularly at the executive level, and the latest 8-k is powerful evidence of that.
I believe that Hay Mountain is capable of showing us one of the richest copper porphyry deposits ever seen; that is why I will continue to hold the stock.
