Gee, how could JB be standing in the way of anything?  If you are talking about the lawsuits, resolution outside of the courts is almost entirely in BGs hands.  As I understand it, JB would not have filed suit against BG had BG not filed suit against him first.  If so, it stands to reason that if BG drops his, JB would do the same.  But it can't happen the other way around.   

Ask newuser about this.  He seems to know BG as intimately as anyone outside of BG himself.  No, wait.  Maybe I put too many words in that sentence.
