You are absolutely correct.  There is no one in authority on the board of directors who can speak the same language - metaphorically speaking - as any "international" miner purporting interest in being a drilling partner.  How can there be a meeting of minds?  

The definition of Fair Market Value requires equally knowledgeable parties.  Where is the evidence that BG can deal on the same level (equally knowledgeable) as any mining company, explorer or producer?   

As to "expert" Dr. Wilson's position here, what is it?  We've never seen it described.  Is he our "broker"?  What international miner is going to negotiate through a broker on a deal including inexperienced and unknowledgeable executives on one side of the table?  Only ones looking to steal the company, in my opinion.
