I've been hearing of people leaving Hay Mountain neighbor, Excelsior Mining, for months.  Here's one of the latest.

I don't know what is happening at their Johnson Camp operation, but the underground leaching operation seems to be having problems of some sort (at their Gunnison project).  Production was to have begun at the end of last year.  I understand that other projects of this type are running into problems too.  I'm thinking that the low recovery rates and environmental issues demand much higher gold prices than previously understood.
