One should understand too about Aztec that whatever company first announces a new and important discovery in the Tombstone area will be most likely to gain "gatekeeper" status for the region.  That means they will be the go-to company for others wanting to find their own opportunities in the region and will be paying for it in the form of royalties and/or other interests.  LBSR until now had the best opportunity to gain "gatekeeper" status for Cochise Country, but that now looks to be lost to BGs unwillingness, it seems, to consider a partnership with other than an "international" mining company.  So sad.
